Can I get my money back for Xbox live games?

So I bought Dead Island on Xbox 360 a couple of days ago on the Xbox live and downloaded it.

The problem is that the game keep screwing up. Sometimes it doesn't even launch itself saying that the disc is unreadable (even though there is no disc...), sometimes it just crashes during the loading screens. Anyway, I was unable to play the actual game
a single minute, and I paid 15€.

I tried with another game, I bought Riptide, but same thing happens. I already downloaded them a thousand times but nope.

So I would like to have my money back, since I paid 30€ for games that I can't play. All my other games are working just fine by the way.

Any chance I can have my money? And how can I do it?

If the purchase appears in your purchase history, please try synchronizing the licenses for your account on your Xbox console using the following steps:

1. Go to the "Account" section in your console settings and select the "Remove accounts" option. Then choose your account. This will remove your profile from the console, but don't worry, you won't lose any data.

2. With the Xbox powered on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down.

3. Disconnect the power cable from your console and wait for 30 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on as usual.

5. Re-add your account to your console to re-download all the profile information. This process should not take much time.

6. Check if the problem persists.

Please ensure that you are signing in to your Xbox with the correct account that originally purchased the game. There is a possibility that you might be using a different account.
