    Can i get my console unbanned from credit ban?


    So I was playing late at night on grifball I had to go to sleep because it was 2 43 a.m. but the next day I got credit banned for no reason I left the game early and didn't get match-making banned I'm not sure if it was because I had disconnected
    the Xbox before turning it Off completely is there anyway I can get it lifted

    Can I get unbanned from my communication ban

    I got a communication ban on my account, my mate was playing on my account and messaged a player that killed him on Fornite an abusive message and my account go a communication ban. Am I able to be unbanned, please?

    When you say credit ban I presume you mean a billing issue. If this is the case you'll need to call phone support to get this sorted out. Please click this link Customer Support to get the number for your region.

    You need to contact the seller who you bought it from and get your money back, as once a console is banned, it can never be unbanned.
