Can I get my account back through Microsoft?

Right now im answering the form, but there is an issue that is affecting me.

As i said, i think my account got deleted, and im writting the email that they are asking ''Which Microsoft account are you trying to return to?'' but it seems the account does not exist.

If none of those methods work, I regret to inform you that this means the hacker managed to change all your account information and not that the account was deleted. Therefore, it's not possible to recover it.

Moreover, I want to mention that it is not possible to transfer any kind of content between Microsoft accounts.
