Xbox Message deleted with gold membership code

So i recieved a message quite a bit ago that i recieved a xbox live free gold 1 month code for being an early adopter of xbox, the code was set to expire on 6/31/2015 so i wanted to redeem it but it seems my messages have auto deleted, is there a way i can
get them back or the code at least?

I finally managed to get in contact with Microsoft Live Chat and they sorted it out for me within 10 minutes. I had a Gold sub with 6 months remaining. They cancelled that, leaving me to successfully redeem the Game Pass Ultimate subscription, then they added the 6 months Gold I had, back on but for the Game Pass Ultimate instead of normal Gold.

No. Redeem your Gold first then redeem your Ultimate (like back to back within a few minutes of each other). What will happen is, the Ultimate will upgrade your Gold to Ultimate and add on the remaining 6 months which will give you 12 months of Ultimate.

I bought an xbox live gold 6 month gift card, the time I redeemed the gold, my game pass ultimate was just about to end so when I redeemed it, it appeared as 2 months of game pass ultimate and not 6 months of gold....

You did read the terms right?

That was part of the terms and conditions

As long as you had prepaid time you get iupconverted

There is no refunds you should've waited till.it expired then canceled the ultimate then readd the gold

I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.
