    everytime i click on ambassabank it comes up with this:

    Looks like there was a problem with your request.

    If you continue to get this error, please contact Xcl Support. Here's a code you can give them: - can someone please help i have got a code but what have i got to do i really want to help people

    No tenure and ambassank assists not showing????

    The title says it all lol. Im relatively new to the ambassadorship and xcl experience. Can anyone help me with these errors????

    Please try these steps and see if it helps reset your code:

    • Log out of XCL
    • Clear your browser's cookies and cache
    • Close ALL browser windows you have open
    • wait 30 seconds
    • Log back in to XCL and try to claim

    If you still get an already redeemed error, please PM me your code and I'll pass it off to our XCL team to investigate so we can get you access to your avatar item.

    If you go to xcl.xbox.com, and click under the XCL tab on Ambassadors, then there will be an Ambassabank button or tab you can click to get to it.
