Can i get help into finding a way to get one of my accounts back that a bought something on it

As it says there in the message they sent you, it is a decision made by an automated system, I went through this same situation and it told me the same thing until one day I tried and they managed to help me recover the account. Since the only option to recover it is through the form, yesterday I confirmed that support cannot help recover accounts.

I'm really sorry, the only thing I can tell you is don't give up and keep trying until they can validate that you are the owner of the account.

the problem is the phone number is a old one my debit card number changed and i already tried puting the new one beacause the account is still the same i filled the form and i get "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account al***** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership." and the only form i have to prove that the account is mine is having it logged on on my launcher and i think theres is just no way to have it back those were my doubts

I'm sorry to hear that you forgot your account password, let's say it's very common. I would like to know if by chance you placed another recovery email or a phone number affiliated with your account which you can use to reset the password? If your answer is no, the only solution you currently have is to submit the account recovery form.

I will give you some recommendations about my personal experience when filling out this form:

- Enter only the information that you know is currently present on the account.
- If any account information has been removed (such as a phone number or debit card), do not include it on the form, just omit it.

You will have to call support in order to see what they can do about getting access to the account. There is nothing anyone here on the forums can do for you in this situation.

There are ways, but with the amount of time that has lapsed, you may not have many more options left.

There is a form you complete, as you noted, but it needs to be based on the fact that you can't remember the password reset options. The form will ask you to leave a totally separate address for them to contact you and provide various information. Some
of that will be things only you will know (such as past credit/debit cards on the account, or the console ID you used the most). Support agents won't be able to help you, so the form is your only possible option.

Unfortunately, you uncovered one of the biggest reasons why Microsoft prohibits users from sharing account details with one another. Your Microsoft account is as valuable as a bank account can be, so it's something you never share with others, no matter the
reason. I do hope this form helps.
