    So ive tried this going on two years now and ive run into microsoft automated voice message literally hanging up on me what do I have to do to get into my microsoft account if i dont have the 2FA number anymore it just tells me im screwed basically has been for two years it has to do with another microsoft account of mine and that link with my PS account

    The best part is that if you go to the MS website to buy a controller it says "buy from the Microsoft store and get hassle free returns"

    I don't understand how I can't contact a human being to help me in any way at all.
