Can I get banned from Xbox without Xbox having proof I did somthing wrong ?

The enforcement team does not issue suspensions/bans without investigating the complaint first. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not get suspended unless the enforcement team determines you have done something to violate the code of
conduct/terms of service.

You don't understand, I didn't get ANY form of notification. Plus I asked XBLPET Iota and she said that I was part of a selected ban sweep. Which means they ban you for random stuff. Plus on top of that, I have never broken the Code of Conduct or terms of
use. I did nothing wrong and they won't give me my account back!!! I know I had done nothing wrong because the account was inactive for 6 months. Without live that I know of because I was in basic training. They have no right and no proof that I did ANYTHING.
Plus banning people without reason is against their own ToS.

That is just the problem.

If the Enforcement Team just play for one freaking hour Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer, then I can assure you that at least 200 people will get banned from the Xbox Live Services.

I know, this is just an example and I also know that Activision is responsible for this kind of issue, but this is a more serious problem then Suspend one person that has somthing done that isn't even been verified and then it should be a very long time
ago and the Enforcement team is taking action now. Well, if they take action of the Call of Duty 4 Modders, no, of course not, they ban just a single man, the Call of Duty modders is to much work for them. This is what I mean. You get banned for things you
don't even know you did somthing wrong.



Even the File-Complaint System doesn't work correctly. If one person doesn't like another Xbox Live Player, they call up his complete friend-list and perhaps some recent players and ask to File-Complaint him for example Cheating. The other players have never
heard him, never played with him, they just assist the other player that want to get rid of him on Xbox Live. The Enforcement Team get at least 67 File-Complaints and that's their prove. That's quite a lot of ***. For players who really did somthing wrong
it works perfectly, but for my friend it's just quite f**ked-up.

thanks for the help, turns out somthings wrong with my xbox driver, this gives me an free reason to get the new XBOX SERIES X i guess, if i can find it in stores
