No. The code of conduct/terms of service only cover what happens on the Live service. The enforcement team cannot take action on anything done outside of Live.

I have said lots of bad things outside of xbox, will I get banned from Xbox??

You can only get in trouble if you say things that is against code of conduct or terms of service, while on the xbox. So if you say something some where else that is against code of conduct that is not xbox then no trouble.

But if you do something on the console that is against code of conduct or terms of service. That is when you can get into trouble.

not a bad idea but don't they ban the gamertag for things like that not the consoles?

I got a console banned just yesterday for no reason to at first I tough it was my bad view rep but then i learn that you cant get banned for having a bad rep it just people having there opinion about you you can only get banned by hacking ,modding, or
say something offensive but i didn't do any of those thing and i learn that a console banned is permanent
