    Hello I would like some information about my main account who was ban permanently (Ezzy) because I think I dont deserve a ban and specially because the reasons you sent me seems to be wrong for the following reasons.

    1) -- You guys accused me to distribute mods over xbox live. I do not distribute mods and I don't even know how to do it , you guys have proof of that ? I'm pretty sure you don't cause I don't do that. I look up at the definition of MODS and I don't do that
    type of thing.

    2) -- I helped one of my friend who past me his account to get something done and we did game share. But , we had a beef after that and I'm prety sure he reported me for that and if you guys look at my message you can see I did nothing bad. Go look at Zk
    x Whitewidow conversation but the only thing the conversation is in french.

    3) -- You guys accused me to stoled his account but I did never try to change the password. He still have his account so I don't understand where did I stole information.

    4) -- I hope i will get my account back cause I did nothing bad and my reputation is good and I play everyday. You guys never had problem with me but you guys accused me for something that I never did , that's is **** top to be honest from your part cause
    you guys have NO PROOF of anything.

    I would like to have some informations about the perma ban I was strike with on my main account, because clearly I didn't violated any of the codes of conducts you guys accused me of. Also if you look at my main account you can clearly see that I invested
    over thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store via Games or Micro-transactions in games.

    A clear answer this time would be really appreciated

    in our country you can get a lawyer for free, so you can accuse the boyfriend.

    But its only for free if its clear he did something wrong. You have to be able to proof that.

    Then the lawyer dont care if its only about 1000,-$

    Something I Never Knew.

    I started up Netflix a few moments ago and an Achievement just popped up. I never even knew they had achievements. They could have a least gave us a gamer score of 1 though. Can i get accuse to something i never did :D

    the only way to get in contact with the Enforcement team regarding a suspension is via the Case Review option at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Be sure to login to that site with the account that received the suspension/ban

    Nobody in the forums can assist with any enforcement related issue.

    i already did that , but i didn't we only had 1 ticket and now there is no way to get in communication with them. They accused me of something i never did and they don't have proof. HELP me please if you look at Ezzy & i bought for lie 3k$ microsoft
    card and i really want to get unban because i didn't did anything help me please to get in communication with them

    I,m french canadian and i didn't understand the message so i did ask them why did i got perm ban because i didn't understand and now i can't do anymore ticket and there is no other way to contact them that's stupid. Like i said i spend over 1500$ on that
    account and that's how you guys treat your client. Get me in communication with them or give me one more ticket on my Ezzy account because i literally don't deserve perma ban. They have no proof of nothing and i did nothing

    So heres what i dont understand i got suspended for 366 days on xbox for no reason i did not say anything wrong to anyone i did not say anything in clubs for 9 months all i did was game

    Not at all and xbox falsely accused me of something i never did i even set up passkey and password im the only one that uses my xbox no one else
