Hi if anyone can help I would appreciate it I have brought a voucher for game to get Xbox live but when I redeemed the code it went to my Microsoft account and wont let me buy Xbox live with that it keeps asking me for a credit card

Since that is not an Xbox Rewards offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you haven't redeemed the code on your account, then you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. If you've
already redeemed the code on your account, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing, but once a card is added to your account it generally cannot be removed.

Actually stop lying, I can redeem a $5 gift card and yes I used the code.... Now Keep Reading. Once i did that I noticed there was a offer on my xbox dashboard which was $5 for xbox live. That was why I even redeemed my points in the first place. Expecting
to get xbox live for a cheaper price. If you could get the $5 removed from the account so I can get my points back. Hopefully then I will just spend my points on the xbox live.

@xxMissVongola - It's not unfair that only Gold members can play GTA 5: Online. Your parents thinking it's a scam is the only thing that's unfair (they must think Xbox Live is the devil), but that's none of my business. Never trust those sites that claim to
give you free XBL codes as they are truly a scam and will steal your account. Remember if something is too good to be true, it usually is, and that nothing is free, there's always a catch. The only other way to get gold would be to buy it from your console
(providing it's available), but that would require a credit/debit card.
