    Can I get a refund?

    My account just renewed for three months yesterday (2016-12-05), I cancelled it today when I saw it because I haven't been using it.

    I would like a refund since I won't be using those three months of Gold.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. If the violation is not eligible for a review on
    http://enforcement.xbox.com then there is no way to submit one. Even with a review, the enforcement team will not give specifics.

    I can't appeal even though I am a victim of spam reporting. I didn't break any guidelines or post anything offensive in Looking for Group. So this is kind of unbelievable to be honest.
