Can I Get A Refund On My Digital Copy Of Halo: The Master Chief Collection?

I've been hearing of people getting refunds on their digital copy's so i had a chat with an xbox support technician who told me there was no way i can get a refund on my copy, so i just wanted to know if there's anyone who's actually had a refund on their
digital copy??

I want return my digital Copy of Halo Master Chief Collection... This game has so many bugs, and 343 try to fix them, but the game
the game gets worse.

There is no way that I know of to get a refund. I says in black and white when you download your digital copy that there are no refunds of digital content.

Good luck maybe if you bug them about it and tell them how unsatisfied with the game you are maybe they will give you a refund.

 

just keep chatting with the xbox support and eventually they'll give in. i told them it was a broken product

 

I already had a refund. Under the sale of goods act in the UK good must be fit for purpose which Halo The MCC is not.

Returning faulty goods

If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, The Consumer Contracts Regulations are in addition to your other legal rights.

So, if your goods are faulty and don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act as you have when buying in store.

Any terms and conditions that say you must cover the cost of returning an item wouldn’t apply where the goods being returned are faulty.

 

I got destiny refunded after it came out. You can refund Digital games, if the chat isnt working call them at 1-800-4-my-xbox
