Can I get a refund on an Xbox One bundle if I have already redeemed the enclosed codes?

As others said, maybe try reaching out to the Microsoft Store directly, but in all likelihood you won't be able to get a refund. For any redeemable code, from any company, it's pretty typical that you can't get a refund if you use the code. Good luck though,

I have seen it go both ways where you will get refunded for both the games and system and just the console. It is hard to say what Microsoft will do.

If you are unable to speak with a representative directly, can you begin the return process and read the fine print once you do that. If nothing else, you may be able to get a refund for the digital purchase separately once you return the console. As others
have said, reaching out to the Microsoft store directly is the best course of action in this instance. Good luck!

Last week I bought Xbox One S Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order™ Bundle (1TB) and having received the console and redeemed the game in the store I found that the console runs very badly with my TV graphically with
no fixes. I therefore wish to return the console.

Microsoft's returns policy for Xbox states that hardware can be returned within a 30 day window following the date of purchase. The order history of my account suggests that I can return the console for a refund even
though I have already redeemed two of the three codes within the bundle (Star Wars game and one month of Xbox Live Gold). Will I be refunded if I return the Xbox using the label provided or will it be returned to me because the codes have been redeemed?

I would assume you would receive a refund if your account states you are still eligible. The digital game would most likely be removed from your account also. As previously mentioned, it would be best to reach out to Microsoft
Store directly.
