Can I get a refund for paying twice?

I had pre ordered the new EAFC 24 digitally on the Xbox store. I had the game installed, though when I tried to launch it. It said that 'to play this you need to buy it'

So I bought it again, and was able to launch the game. Originally there was what looked like a triangle and an explanation point through the thumbnail of the game.

But now on my banking app, it shows that I have payed for the game previously and now a second time.

What can I do about it?

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time.

What about this problem I pre-ordered the witch queen Standard edition on February 1st they took the payment it processed threw my bank and Today I get an email threatening there going to cancel my pre-order if I don't pay another $40 so in total I will pay $80 for standard edition

What I advise you to do, is to wait for The Witch Queen Deluxe purchase to be finalized, and when it completes, ask for the refund on the Bungie 30th Anniversary Bundle.

Thank you so much for your advice. I will do as you suggest. It can be confusing at times with the amount of choices for a game especially when they throw in different content at a different time. Thanks Vinicius.
