Can I get a refund for a game that has stopped working?

I just have a question on a exchange / refund I put in a slip for it the other night but it's now working and I want to cancel the request how do I go about that

Once a refund request has been done online there isnt away to stop that within 48 hours of doing it you get a other email saying if they can refund it or not. If it fails the refund request then your all good, If they refund it you then be able to repurachse
the game with out having to redownload anything

I refunded my game pass ultimate and they did give me instantly a refund because of this problem. So at least I have my money back. For now I only bought the "normal" game pass so I can still game on my xbox console.

But the behavior and support from microsoft to their customers regarding the problem, solution and most importantly the communication is bloody awful.

listen seriously Microsoft needs to revamp that rule and learn to make exceptions to that one. Cause I also am seeking a refund for a game that I liked but its broken. Ea , Bioware lied to the public and we should not be forced to keep something
that has had the potential to break our consoles. THE TITLE WASNT EVEN COMPLETE. sony issue refunds !!! DEVELOPERS HAVE STOPPED WORKING ON THE TITLE. I already have an attorney and he is looking for signatures for a class action lawsuit to stop future activities

You do realize that even if you bought the game at a brick and mortar store the MOST you can hope for is in store credit.

Also, I can guarantee you that the developers have not stopped working on the title.

As far as Sony goes, their rules are actually stricter in some aspects, they would not issue you a refund in this situation.

yes the refund has been approved and am wondering if buying the game will stop the refund if that makes sense?
