Can i get a lesser punishment for xbox suspension?

I have been recently suspended from broadcasting, joining parties etc. but what i found out was that i cant play any of my games because of the suspension. I'll take the joining parties and other stuff ban but i was seeing if anybody knew how to see if i can request a lift on the multiplayer ban.

You can file a single appeal, but that's all you can do for any enforcement action.

i've never heard of a reduced sentence, only appeals overturning

There's no way to negotiate for a lesser punishment even if the old adage of "a bigger boy did it and ran away" applies.

No, aslong as you dont modify the actual console, or modify the controllers circuit boards to make them run( like a turbo fire mode for example) differently this is absolutely fine.

It will void your warranty on your controller though, but its unlikely that will be a problem as they rarely break

It could possibly be considered harrassment. No one here can give you an exact punishment for it though. It could be a communications suspension or an account suspension.
