Switching consoles arenr a valid reason for refund as bc isn't garenteed ever on any platform

When you upgraded ro a new console you will always have issues with bc

Instead of getting a new console you can pay a lot less and get it repaired.

It sounds like you’ve tried to main solutions. Maybe try holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug it for a few minutes and then try turning it on again.

If that doesn’t work and a factory reset doesn’t work then I would send it in for a repair.

I sent my original back two weeks ago and received the replacement today. Hooked it up and it worked for a few hours, lights went out again and is not recognized. I want to send back my entire system and get a full refund.
