Can I get a email change for my Xbox account?

if you are still able to access the account log in to it on the web site.

Go to you account info and try to change the info at the button right above the email.

The system will try to send you a code to your old email adress.

Now tell the system that you don't have access to this email and give in an alternative email that you want to use in the future.

As said above, they will most likely need to use the recovery form which you can find here https://account.live.com/acsr

1. the actual microsoft account will have been under that school account and the owner of that account would have been your son and that includes your xbox account.

2. if the email has been deleted then your son will have to contact microsoft support to see if they can sort the account out, he will most likely need lots of proof of account ownership.

You can contact xbox support and they can probably verify you and unlock the parental controls. The email is probably still existing since xbox would have to change the xbox account email address. You can see who the email account is under by going to account,
then to account security. You can change the email once you can get/ replace the email/password. If the email is truely gone, then you must contact microsoft/xbox support and get them to verify you're account and change the email address. I hope this helped

i am having the same problem but the email i use to recover my account is not accesible anymore so i cant get back into my account and i tried to change the email address for it but i can not access the email i use for my xbox account
