    Hi, I am an avid multilayer gamer but the last time I played Tom clay's the division, the table my Xbox was on collapsed and my game got lazer burnt and is no longer playable and I was wondering if I could get a code, or a new disc, given to me so I could
    play it again.

    You would have to contact Ubisoft to see if they have a disc replacement service. Otherwise, you'd either need to buy a new disc or purchase it digitally in order to play it digitally.

    Please, open the Microsoft Store by typing "Store" on your Windows Search Bar.

    On the Microsoft Store, type your game name: Example "Fallout 76".

    Load the game page and click on "Install".

    This should work.

    In case you still have issues, reset the Microsoft Store first and repeat the previous process.

    To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Let me know if it works!

    Check your order history on the redemption page of the Reward's site. It should give the option to either resend the code, or it will list the code there.
