    You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. You'll want to contact your ISP to alert them of the issue.

    Best bet is to get a hold of your ISP and see if they've got any defences they can offer you. As far as the service goes all you can do is file complaints, set these people to avoid and get the police involved at your discretion. Before someone says "that's
    a little extreme isn't it?" I will say that Denial of Service attacks (posh talk for host booting) are illegal on both sides of the pond and someone on my side of the pond has already been arrested for host booting in COD.
