Can I fix my left trigger acting like it's pressed long after I let go?

Hey Freddie, this sounds like there is a button pressed that makes your menu go up.

Can you please make sure there is no dust or pet fur in your left thumb stick, Left Trigger, or the Up Arrow on the dpad causing the button to act like its being pressed?

If there is a keyboard connected to your Xbox, can you also make sure there is nothing placed on the keyboard that could be pressing the keys?

Also if you haven't tried, could you restart your console if any of those above tips won't help?

Tried and it made no difference, issue is with controller I believe as when I use left analog stick forward with my trigger stops engaged it will act as if I’m pulling the left trigger

Go to the weapon you would like to place on your left hand (or right) and press the left trigger. It will equip it just like you were to equip it to your right hand with right trigger.

*sigh* I'm very aware I can press right trigger to get my games & apps or pins, my whole argument has been that I want to use the left bumper to get there like I used to, not right trigger. I want them to the left of my main page, not two pages beneath
