Can I find out who is using my bank details to fund their account through my billing

I've this problem too!!! Xbox support are insistent that my card is being refused by my bank. My bank are totally happy to release funds, the funds are in my account and the bank says no one has tried to put a payment through. Driving me mad.

I just verified my paypal account and linked my personnal bank account as a funding source and complted all the steps they asked me to go through BUT still my xbox refuses to add paypal as payement option and when I try to go on my on the microsoft billing
website linked to the xbox account on my pc and try to add payal through there..... guess what.... It asks me for a credit card number..... Simply infuriating

That's not an option through Xbox Live. Alternatively you can link a PayPal account to your gamertag which can use bank funds.
