    Can I find out the hard drive size on an Xbox One that I used to own using the serial number?


    I sold an Xbox One online and the buyer is saying the hard drive is a different size. I was wondering how I could prove otherwise using my Microsoft Account which only shows the units serial number now?

    No matter what size the hdd is 500GB, 1TB etc, thry never show full as 500GB or 1TB due to system information being stored on them

    What size is the buyer quoting versus what you advertised? Is it an original xbox one or an S or X. The original started at 500 GB and there were a few special additions of the original that came with 1TB etc. Has the buyer added any games as yet? He could
    set it back to factory and check the storage amount before adding games. Preloaded items take from the internal memory from the start.
