    Can I extend range of wireless adapter for pc with usb repeater?


    I have pc in my room with wireless adapter and wanted to try playing with steam link on my smart tv, but the gamepad disconnects half way to living room. Is it possible to get some 10-20m usb repeater and plugging the adapter in it to keep connection?

    The wireless adapter has a limited range. If you are using a desktop computer use the USB extender to get the wireless adapter as close to your controller as possible.

    The issue sounds like it's coming from the two routers communicating with each other, and then to your console. You may want to look into a

    wireless repeater/range extender     to boost your signal instead of using a second router. This will ensure that the secondary device is only extending the wireless signal to your console and not complicating it.
