Can I exchange my Xbox One S in store if i bought it online through Microsoft?

Recently bought the xbox one s from microsoft.com, it arrived the system works fine, however the fan noise is annoyingly loud. I found put that this is a known issue with the xbox one s. I have the blue special edition and was wondering if i could exchange
at a local retail store, instead of shipping it back to microsoft and waiting weeks for a replacement. Is this possible? do they allow people who have purchased an xbox through online to exchange in store?

How come Microsoft is not acknowledging the "no disc" problems?

I have the same problem with my XBOX One not detecting or reading discs, I guess your best option at this point is to exchange it at the store you bought it from if you just bought it recently unless you bought it online or make a request to send it in for
repair.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but anyway,i am waiting for a exchange xbox one from the store i bought it from,when i recieve it will i be able to conect my ipod into it's u.s.b and play my music through the console.
