Can I exchange a game that I bought 5 months ago if I haven't played it?

It doesn't allow me to select the game in my purchases to request a refund or exchange. I really don't know what to do at this point.

Since that one's still on pre-order, if you haven't been charged yet, you should be able to cancel the pre-order at http://account.microsoft.com and then purchase the correct version.

If you have been charged, you can try submitting a refund request, but since the pre-order was over 14 days ago, a refund is not guaranteed.

I bought it on day one. So that is like 8 months ago. I bought it at EB games, don't think they will exchange it now.

I bought the game two months ago and I still haven't gotten around to play it yet

I think I bought Gears 3 about 6 months ago when it was on sale for $5.

Have zero interest in anything Assassin's Creed, and haven't heard of So Many Me. Is it a brand new game?

P.S. I'm really hoping they'll have a pool game available this month. I've been dying to play one. (joke)
