Can I Download My Digital Games From My Xbox on My PC?

I currently have a Series X with a bunch of games I've digitally downloaded through the Microsoft store(from my Xbox). I'm thinking about upgrading to PC towards the end of this year and I don't feel like rebuying my games, specifically MWII next month. If I purchase it digitally and later on, when I do eventually get my PC. I should just be able to go to the Microsoft store(on the PC) and just Install it right?

Unfortunately, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will not be a Play Anywhere game.

I bought as a digital download for my pc from Microsoft store. I have Win10 that has Xbox as a program. It was accessible through my Xbox program.

I just downloaded my digital movies from xbox.com in order to watch them on my PC.

The digital version of the game is a play anywhere game and you should be able to download it on your pc as well using the account that paid for it.

I bought the digital version of the game back in 2018 and I can download it on my Windows 10 pc as well as my console.

You can narrow the search down a bit on the store on your pc by clicking on the drop down menu on the top right of the store homepage then click on my library and it will come up with a list of what you've purchased.

I just checked to make sure and Forza Horizon 4 is on the list of games I purchased that I can download on my pc and it is.

I want my purchases to be carried over to PC.

Since we are entering a digital ERA and I will be buying digital, I want if I have Windows 8 on my PC and the Xbox One is using windows 8 OS too, if I buy a game digitally on Xbox and my PC can handle it, if I wanted to play it on my PC if it's ported with
GFWL it'd be nice to play that there too (with an Xbox live sub)
