Can i download Games With Gold games on my Xbox 360?

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

I have a Xbox 360 and a Xbox One S + Live With Gold, a time ago i got Halo 3 (Xbox 360) from Games With Gold. Today i try to install That game on my Xbox 360 but when i open that on Xbox 360 Game Search that show only "Rate" and "Comment" options, without
"Install Again" option. I can see the text "Xbox One Compatible" near game image.

Any idea to download that on Xbox 360?

I can download other games like Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition (from live gold sub).

Silly question, but you do own the game?

I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.

also my gold status is good for another 2 years or so and ive also checked my purchase history, there is no games with gold games on the list only purchased games for xbox 360 and xbox one over the years, redeemed codes and so on, all the games with gold
for the xbox 360 are all in my download history on that system and redownload fine, as far as i can tell xbox one doesent have a download history just that ready to install list, anyway ill try that thing i mentioned eariler and hope for the best.
