Can I download games during Sign-On problems

Is there a way for me to download a game during this Sign On problem?

Just got the new TitanFall Xbox One edition, and despite the fact I cant sign on I would at least like to start downloading the 16gb during this downtime.

Or do I have to be signed in so it can be associated to my account?

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

Battlelog

I get the "Your account is not allowed to login".

I was allowed to sign in during the beta no problems and I can sign in to other EA sites. I'm hoping it gets resolved, will check again tomorrow.

I'm afraid that if you aren't able to sign into Xbox LIVE, you aren't able download what you need.

Can you verify whether or not you are still experiencing this problem?

Have you tried signing out the account with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription and then signing back into the console? When you are downloading or trying to download the games on to PC through your Game Pass Ultimate subscription, are you downloading them through the Xbox app on PC?

Let us know as these answers will help us during investigation.

I signed up on day one and STILL have this problem. The games downloaded ONCE during that period and have never worked since, plus I can't download any new ones. Always with the administrator approval tag, which is usually the new ones added, so the service
isn't really worth it.

I am having the same problem.

Whenever I try to recover, the process halts at the 'Downloading Profile' phase. It downloads about half-way, and then stops for a while, before giving that error. After it stops, it then signs me into the gamertag I tried to recover, but it seems to be
corrupted.

Also, I notice that when it is downloading, people on my friends list 'sign in'; should that happen during the download?
