Can I disable the swear-filled twitch feeds in the store?

Can I disable the twitch based user content shown to me in the store? I do not want to have to ask the children to leave the room when I look at a game like Chariot in the store. I should be able to disable any user generated content from auto playing so
I am not sworn at by one of my home electronic devices.

I share my xbox one with my family. We run our cable broadcast through it. When I look at an item in the store, multiple times now I have gone to the first item to look at the game and it is a twitch feed. I do not have twitch installed but it is still
there. The problem is that, we have stopped on that spot on the products page only to hear someone drop the "F - Bomb". This has happened now with not only my children in the room but also their friends, and not their friends parents.

Alright. So does anyone know how i Can use the webcam on my labtop as a video feed/face cam for my twitch streams coming straight from the twitch app on my Xbox one? and No I dont have a kinect

I haven't seen an option for that, and to be honest I'm surprised that they even have it setup to behave this way since user created content (like the streaming) isn't something that can be easily controlled with the way it's implemented (as you well know
due to this).

Plus it really shouldn't go live when you hover like that, due to stuff like this. I try not to be too critical, but in all honesty this is a case where they really should have known better.
