can i deposit my rewards points early

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000, they would already be scheduled for a deposit.
There is no way to have them deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

As Smwutches says, we cannot do deposits into your Microsoft Account outside of the scheduled deposit dates. If you are asking about scheduling a deposit before 5000 Credits, as Smwutches says, that option is available if you have over 1000 pending Credits.
There will be a button on your MyRewards page to request that we schedule you for a deposit.

Contact xbox support via http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You can check you xbox live rewards and see when your next deposit is you can also have your rewards points deposited early if you have gained enough.

you don't redeem

With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

You only get a automatic deposit once you have at least 5000 points pending.

If you have more than 1000 points pending you can request a early deposit via the rewards site.
