Can I delete the new Xbox experience?

hi all

just wondered if I can delete the new Xbox experience from my Xbox without losing any apps, games and saves? I'm experiencing lots of bugs and I don't think I can put it with it in its current state until November!

ive had a message telling me my wireless network hardware is not working and my console needs to be sent off for repair, 2 full power cycles fixed that in the end.

my biggest issues are either my games constantly shutting down mid game and my Xbox just turning itself completely off mid game. I've also had 2 games just randomly reinstall themselves even though they were already installed. I was expecting bugs with it
being in the preview/beta state but it's almost rendering my Xbox unusable as it stands which is a shame!

any tips to remove this without me losing anything would be appreciated, I've read of people doing a factory reset and the new xbox experience is still there when then reboot.

Cant change my xbox home console.

I use the microsoft homepage to delete my Xbox home console. As soon as I klick on remove xbox there comes that error that I wrote above this post.

I have no clue how I can delete my old xbox so I can use my new xbox as Homeconsole

 

I Can't Delete My Old Credit Card!

I'm trying tp put a new credit card onto my xbox, so every month the money comes out of the new one. But, whenever I try to delete my old credit card, it will not delete, and I can easily dlete the new credit card I am wanting to use, some please Help!

In the meantime, if your games are saved to an external hard drive you shouldn't experience any issues if you remove yourself from the program via the dashboard beta app.

Sorry you can't access the preview forums. That said you're not doing yourself any favors bumping threads. Moderators generally work from older threads to newer ones. Give them a day or so and you'll have access I'd you're in the preview program.

 

Update is a pice of cap have to keep on restarting xbox because it freezes up. Thank you xbox
