yes i was playing Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 and i was in a party with my friend and i wasnt even playing then all of a sudden i got banned

There is nothing stopping you from creating a new account. You don't need to delete this one.

Even if you could delete it, that would mean you will lose all of the downloaded content you have purchased on it.

but im not a modder and i got banned for modding so i mean they ban for no reason its abusing their power and i think it is wrong

They will ban you once they notice your account, say for example... you post on microsofts official forums declaring you modded your account???

Ok thanks for the answer, but they never ban me even tho i modded several games, gamerscore and avatar but banned my friend for nothing lol thats weird
