Can i create a new account

Im not going to lie, i have had manny accounts permanently banned. That was 5 years ago i have grown up. I would like to come back and enjoy gaming and making friends but i have a feeling that my new account will be banned if i come back.

Xbox gamertag transfer help

Did you create an offline account on your 360? It also sounds like you created a new account on your One. If this is the case you can't merge the account data. If they are the same account then you should be able to sync all your achievements just fine.

Changing Gamertag / Name

Good day,

I want to create a new xbox account as MS keep messing with mine with no reasoning but I like my currently name.

Can I change my current xbox account name then create a new account using the exisiting account name?.

Example: Current name: "AAA1" change to "AAA2", New account: create new name "AAA1"

Your account would only be banned if you do something on it to violate the code of conduct. Follow the rules and you won't have anything to worry about.

As long as you're not creating another account for the purposes of doing the same things, you'll be fine.

Please try creating your account through this website:

https://www.xbox.com/live

Try using the Edge browser and private mode. If you get an error while creating your account, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

If the problem persists, try connecting your device to a different network. You could also try connecting from a smartphone using mobile data.

guide for creating an account. Try a
power cycle on the console then make the account. Also make sure you are not using any information that is on another account like email or phone number to set it up.
