Can I connect by PC to the internet through Xbox one

my PC hasn't got a wireless connection so was wondering seems Xbox one does can it receive internet through Xbox?

How to connect my 360 slim over my pc with xbox live

Hi,

I tried several time to connect my xbox slim over my pc with xbox live.

Therefore I creat a ad-hoc network to connect the xbox with my pc over WLAN.

xbox

ip: 192.168.2.2

subnet: 255.255.255.0

gateway: 192.168.2.1

pc

ip:192.168.2.1

subnet: 255.255.255.0

the pc is connected through LAN with the internet.

if I start the test routine of the xbox, it can connect with the ad-hoc network. But it can not connect to the internet.

Mobile broadband connection (usb)

You can only connect using mobile internet by sharing the connection through a pc or similar device. I don't recommend using one to play online, especially FPS, cause you probably will have a ping issue.

I don't believe this is possible to do with the Xbox One.

In addition to this why do you not look at purchasing a WiFi adapter and connecting to one of your USB ports on the PC and it also should not cost very much.

I'm wondering if, without internet, you can play your Xbox One on your PC. This may be through a direct ethernet cable connection or maybe through a router connected to both the Xbox One and your PC.

Could you please explain in more detail how your PC and Xbox connect to the Internet? Is your Xbox connecting
through your PC? For example: Are you plugging the Xbox into the PC's LAN Port, and use the PC's WLAN or a 3G/4G Mobile internet stick to go online?

Or is your Xbox connected to a router to which your PC connects as well?

IM in the uk cannot connect to live but can connect to my isp and internet through pc and blackberry. It seems that microsoft haven't got a scooby doo. No change there then !
