Can I combine two gift cards to have the mixed amount?

I was thinking of getting a game that coats $59.99 in my country. So I decided to get a $60 Xbox gift card, but I realised that my country only sells $20, $50, and $100 gift cards, so I decided to get a $50 and $20 gift card.

But before I bought them, I wonder if you can combine the value together? I don't want to waste $70 realising I can't combine the values.

Combining two CARDS to make a purchase

Okay, so I have seen that Fifa 14 is 29.99 on the marketplace right now and I am looking to buy. However, I have two cards that dont have 30 dollars on them, but if i combine both of them, I have 35 dollars (enough to purchase Fifa 14)

So the question is, can I combine the two cards? Is there a way to purchase this by using one card for the majority of it, then using the other for the remaining 3 dollars?

when you redeem a currency gift card it will be added on top of your current balance, so if you currently have 0 adding 20 will result in 20 and adding the 50 will result in the total of 70. So that should work just fine. Assuming it's all done in the same
currency and region.

Also keep in mind that xbox 360 content can only be purchased via the account currency on an actual Xbox 360 console and you should always use your own region and currency to purchase content.
