Can i com ban this person

I have a list of comments that i think the people who sent them deserve a com ban and i wanted to ask for other opinions so i dont waste my time trying to ban these people.

1) Someone said "shut up ur trash ya nans a life support machine"

2) Someone said "next time grow some balls and get into the fight" and "i swear you children have downs"

3) Someone said "And reported, ****. I was gonna say "gg", but NNOOOO, you just had to flap your lips."

4) Someone said "you twat dont be pushing people"

5) Someone said "ur trash bottom line", "i did get carried ur trash", "because ur trash", "ur trash get good scrub", "ur trash" and "i will when u stop being so ****"

6) Someone said "your **** i would be both you scrubs at the same time" and "yerp pc lol yet your **** on xb"

7) Someone said "ur so **** ****" and "talk **** to my face"

Enjoy my everyday comments to me yet I dont even swear at people like these pathetic people but still get com banned =)

I think I have been hacked. (loss of microsoft points)

they are in my download history too. I am assuming microsoft can ban the person who has done this with a console ban?

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

 

I know I was just asking for your opinions so I could understand exactly which words could result in a com ban people so I know what I can say in the future.

 

Pretty much any of those messages can result in a suspension. They should not be posted on the forums either.

Yeah, just report them. That's the best thing to do.
