Can I change the language of a game I pre-ordered?

I use them for pre orders all the time and get my games on the thursday. As for the dlc you can also get it in store. I have LA noire pre-ordered and is still showing as a pre order on my account. If it changes will post here

The language of the game and console is now Region-Free so, you can purchase the game and setting your console with the dessire language will be enough.

I have a friend who purchased the game in Brazil, by default the language was Spanish when they played(their xbox language was set to English), in order for them to change it to Portuguese (the other language on the disk), they have to change the Language
for their Xbox to Portuguese.



Now in your case, if your default language is English on your xbox and you're still getting the game in Spanish, then maybe Spanish is the only language that's on the game disk. There's no option in the game for changing the language.

That's a problem, because my windows licence supports only one language. I tried to change that.

I just don't understand why Microsoft Store doesn't implement a system similar to Steam's. With a couple of clicks, you can change the game's region setting.

It's stupid to request that the whole Operational System is changed in order to choose another language for the game.

The language is pre-selected based on region and which of the languages that the game supports is most suited to the region it is being downloaded from.

Clearly in this instance, Portuguese is a supported language and was deemed the best fit for Brazil.

Unless there is an in-game option to change this later (which there rarely is), then unfortunately there is no way to change the language it was downloaded in.
