    Can I change options once a download has started? ie: from download to Streaming


    I'm currently downloading a movie I purchased. (the purchased hasn't gone through yet, I assume it's waiting for the download to finish before I'm charged)

    I'm downloading this because my connection was tested as too slow to stream. Which is fine, I know how I can change this. I'm not too sure why I didn't do this to begin with.

    My question is, since I already had chosen to download, if I reconnect my 360 to a more direct connection to gain a faster speed, can i stop the download now and change my options to stream instead?

    Default to Download instead of Steam

    My question is simple. When using the XBOX Video service, is it possible to have the console default to download, instead of stream? I have never wanted to stream an 8.9GB video file. It would be VERY nice if we could have this as an option.

    Also, once a movie has been rented, is it possible to change the delivery method from streaming to download?

    Hello, How do I download a movie from Xbox Video on Xbox One instead of streaming it after purchase? I don't see any option to do so... I seek to download it like I can on 360. Thanks

    If you don't want host, start streaming a video or downloading a torrent, then stop it once the game has begun...

    Sorry but there is a limited window for downloading movies and TV shows from Xbox Video. Once that is past your only option is to stream the items.

    ypu can stream on mixer then once your stream is over just wait for it to show in your past streams section then download it from there to edit

    Hello Cris

    Go to the Xbox game controller and turn it on. Access the Settings menu and locate the Broadcast & capture option as shown above.

    Under Broadcast settings, check the box corresponding to the mic option.

    Download and install the Twitch application from the website or App Store.

    Go back to Xbox, select Broadcast, and start streaming to twitch. You can tweak settings, like sound and microphone level, to meet your specific needs during streaming.

    Launch a game and start streaming and recording.

    You can pause the recording, download it, and share it with your fellow gamers
