    Hi I am wondering, if I preorder a game on the xbox store and play the bata can I get my money back if I don't enjoy the bata. the game I want is fallout 76.

    As the game is already released, you are not able to cancel the preorder Can I cancel a preorder Xbox One :( You can only cancel a preorder prior to release I'm sorry to say

    If you pre order a game but decide at a later point to cancel it before it releases you can log in to
    account.microsoft.com and search your billing history for the order then click the Cancel button.

    If you were charged for the item before you cancel it then you can record the date and order number then fill out the form at
    xbox.com/refund to request a refund on the purchase.
