I bought a game with mistake. Can I get my money back?

I cant contact the customer server. When I click the options on the page of 與我們連絡 | Xbox 支援服務 ,there is no responses.

How can I contact the customer server? Or who can give me a contact mail address? My game console belong to Hong Kong.

Hello! You can use this guide to cancel the auto renewal on your account.

When your current paid time is up, your account will not automatically renew and you can redeem a prepaid card to continue!

pass due balance first. Once that has been paid, you can cancel the subscription.

You can request your subscription be cancelled (temporarily) and refunded in the form of pre-paid codes. You can then have your CCARD removed for billing purposes and use pre-paid codes (bought in stores/online) going forward to avoid this pitfall. You

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to cancel a subscription. Unfortunately, a
past due subscriptionis not able to be cancelled
until it is paid off. You need a debit/credit card or a paypal account to pay the balance then can cancel after it is paid. It also may auto refund the charge if cancelled immediately.
