Can I call someone to get my Xbox account on time out and fully on timeout but not ever

Thank you GREATLY I managed to get on the phone with someone my account is not fully recovered yet but I was walked through most of the way until my hour was lap. so I will need to call another day to finish getting squared away I had created a fresh outlook

Several. So I need to fill out a form every 72 hours? This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to go through. Fill out a complaint form every 72 hours…. No phone call… no resolution… wilt someone is using my account and all the games and xbox account I’ve paid for? Fail Microsoft.. you can do better…

locked? uh...whats that mean cause i dont wanna lose being able to play my games...use my accounts or my other services like netflix...i pay for those...missing time to me = not getting what im paying for and getting my money for tha time lost back

also yeah thats how i seem to have fixed this so far was securtity question....and we will be calling when we have time when work is done....i hate having to wait till hours after an event to call about it though

Support gave away my information also over a long period of time also. Without a single email letting me know. When asked "why not send an email when someone calls in and fails validation?" I was told "we assume it is you calling and we don't need to send
you an email to let you know you failed".

They took the information from support and from eventually getting into my account (address, last 4 of cc) and called other services like Paypal and Amazon to try and get access to my accounts there. I was lucky because the CC in my WLID was an old one
that is not associated with other accounts.

Microsoft does very little to protect user security. Someone can make a dozen phone calls to support and fail validation without the owner of the account ever being notified.
