Well first it sounds like you are talking about the xbox 360 games

Changing your xbox console location setting requires you to add a inregion payment method

Since the elder scrolls morrorwind game is an xbox 360 game it also is region locked

Meaning if you DO not live in the uk but france or germany for example you cant get it

Your account region and actual region and console region and language region (xbox one) MUST match
