    Hello everyone.

    I was thinking about getting a 360 controller to play on my PC, and what better place to buy it then from Microsoft itself. Problem is, when I am about to type in shipping information, I dont get to choose any country outside of US.

    My questions are next

    1. Can I order controller from Xbox.com site?

    2. Is there any other safe place to order it? I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina(europe). I checked german amazon already but I doubt they are selling true Xbox 360 controllers. There are couple of bad reviews on it's quality so I doubt them.

    Halo 5: forge pc doesn´t detect my Gamepad xbox 360

    hi.

    I have Halo 5 forge for windows 10. when i connected the gamepad xbox 360 on my pc, the game don´t detected my gamepad.

    in ohers games I can play without troubles with my gamepad. But only Halo 5 forge Don´t detected my xbox 360 controller.

    PD: I have updated drivers .

    I use pc wireless gaming receiver for gamepad xbox 360.

    Using Xbox controller for Windows PC gaming

    I want to use the Xbox controller as a gamepad to play games on my PC, but I cant find a list of all such games which can accept the Xbox controller as a gamepad. Is there a central list I can check to see if the PC game supports the Xbox controller?

    Yes you can. Xbox.com will link you to local retailers that are authorized Xbox/Microsoft resellers.

    Title says it all I suppose, but after using my elite controller for a short while the left hand grip has started to fall out. I am quite disappointed that, given the price point, this would happen. Is there anything that can be done or do I have

    Hello VernalThe Devil, releasing the rubber grip at the ELITE gamepad is, unfortunately, an occasional problem, but it is already working on the second version of the ELITE gamepad where this problem is resolved.

    If you have a gamepad under warranty (as a standard 1 year warranty on the gamepad), send your gamepad to a workshop. Ask for a claim on Microsoft's website.

    If you do not already have a gamepad in the warranty, it is also good to contact a certified service team to repair the gamepad professionally.

    XBOX360 drivers

    Hello kennethnomatye,

    It is not possible to connect the Xbox 360 to the PC using the Play & Charge kit. The only function of that cable is to charge the batteries).

    If you want to use that gamepad on the PC, you will need to buy a wireless adapter for Xbox 360 controller.

    I just find strange that the serial number from the gamepad needs to match the one from the box. Why an specific serial would be outside the box?
