    I was wondering because I am having issues downloading it over the internet. its already in my download history but I cannot get the dlc to actually download

    I just purchased two downloadable contents from kindom of amalur and I have four users on my console how do I get them all to be able to use the downloadable content ?

    When You Buy Downloadable Content From The Xbox Live Market Place There Are Limits On How You Can Use That Downloadable Content For Example, The Downloadable Content That You Purchased May Be Limited To "Your Xbox Profile" Only & "Your Xbox Console" Only,
    This Will Protect The Downloadable Content From Being Used By Other Xbox Live Users That Have Not Purchased This Content From There Console Or Xbox Live Profile. This Limitation & Restriction Helps Microsoft Detect The Xbox Live Market Place Theft Users.

    You May Have To Purchase The Downloadable Content Again If You Are Attempting To Play The Game On "Another Console" Or "Xbox Profile" I Would Suggest That You Do A content license transfer If You Have A New Console Only!. Keep Me Updated If You Have Any
    More Questions Or Require Suggestions.

    No. You can only download dlc directly to the console.

    What type of connection are you using? DSL cable fibre or Lte ?

    What is your account region

    What is your actual region

    If the above two don't match that would be why

    Are you using a vpn ? If so that won't work

    What are you downloading ?

    No. You can only download dlc directly to the console.

    Try downloading the update to a usb drive or burn it to a cd or dvd.

    There are guides on how to download and burn the file on a cd/dvd or use a usb flash drive,on that link.

    Click on the green letters that say 'try updating your console software',then select the 'Install from a game disk'.

    Next select 'Burn to a CD or DVD'.

    As you will see below there are some green letters 'download the update file', thats the file you want.

    Burning this file on a cd/dvd ,will help you update any xbox easily.
