    Hi,

    There is a game, Dead Cells, which on Xbox One became unplayable after the latest update from the developer. It happened about two months ago and there is no plans from developers to fix the issue.

    Can I request a refund for my purchase?

    I did enjoy the game every now an then, but it is unplayable now, and i think it is not fair that i am not able to use the product i bought, and it is not even my fault.

    The strange thing is that this game is not working properly only on Xbox.

    Other platforms, e.g. PC and Switch, does not have such an issue, only Xbox version.

    Also, similar story is with Ori and the Will of Wisps - on Xbox One it has serious performance issues, even after day one patch, while PC is OK.

    I do not know, why there is such poor support for Xbox One titles, even for quite popular titles.

    The game is broken for me too. I hopefully launch it all the time just to be sad. I was playing it constantly and im in withdrawal. It sucks. Who do we contact?

    How do we reach the developer and link the request with actual game issue?

    This sounds like a special case scenario. At best, they could remove your account's license from owning the game, but it may be too late for such a thing. It's likely that if this becomes a more widespread reaction from owners of the game, that action
    will be taken, but presumably by the developers instead.

    after latest update the game became slow...and the games were not opening,sometimes game is not updating (my game coloumn showing games 2-3 steps before)...
