I have a permanent ban and I am wondering if I can get it reduced

only if you have a case review. if not then its a permanent suspension due too enforcement having nothing to do with xbox their hired outside of the company.

No they're not.The enforcement team are all Microsoft/xbox employees who start in other departments & are then picked to be part of the enforcement team after working for Microsoft/xbox for a certain amount of time.
