Can I appeal my suspension?

I was suspended for two days about an LFG asking for a modded account due to large amounts of people having them, making the game slightly unfair, so I was looking for one but when I sent the LFG, it was taken down and suspended me from everything. I think this enforcement system should be fixed and instead of AI for it to be maintained by people. The enforcement system should work by me being suspended in LFG only if I did something wrong in the LFG section rather then stopping me from doing everything.

The type of modded account for this game doesn't involve cheats but involves large sums of money and more vehicles, mainly made for fun so you don't have to go through the painstaking grind.

But all suspensions were for the same thing so I appealed with the exact same message for each appeal, how can they see an issue with 3 of my suspensions and appeal me for it but then see no issues with 2 of my suspensions and deny my appeal when they're all for the same thing and I used the same message for each appeal? I'm trying to make sense of it but It just doesn't make sense to me.
