    so I want to start addasin creed unity over but you can't delete your save file in game so I deleted the save file from the hd but Every time I start the game it syncs from the cloud

    Question regarding cloud saves on XBOX ONE.

    I am lost as to how the Cloud saving works. I know it saves automatically to the Cloud and I can see my game saves there, but I do not understand how to back them up. So when I finish a game or backburn it, can I save it manually to the Hard Drive? That way if I ever go Silver I can still access my game save offline? Or for example I move and I am going to be offline for two weeks until my new service gets hooked up, I can still access my saves offline. Hopefully I explained it well enough.

    You cannot access the cloud in-game. But I believe you can moved the file from cloud back to your local HDD from system menu.

    From what I was reading when I first started to use the Cloud storage,



    If your Gold expires, you have read-only access to your Cloud storage, but no write, so yes, you can then copy your save files back to your hard drive from Cloud Storage.



    And yes, the cloud storage files are saved to the hard drive, the upload to the cloud appears to happen when the XBox is off, since turning on the Cloud storage, my XBox often does the 'background download/upload" when powering down.

    Hmm... that's odd. I can understand the console hanging on trying to access a Cloud storage device (it shows you a list of devices to install to), but not if you don't have Cloud Storage enabled. Sounds like there's a hook in the install routine that still
    looks for Cloud Storage even if it isn't enabled on a console.

    Okay. If you're using an Xbox 360 console, you will need to have first an Xbox Live Gold so you can access cloud. If it's an Xbox One, all you need to have is an Internet connection. Once you have gold, you will need to enable the cloud storage by going
    to SETTINS > SYSTEM > STORAGE > CLOUD > ENABLE.
    I have purchased XBOX Live Gold for three months on the basis that I could store my profile in the cloud, but when I go to System > Storage > Cloud > Enable I get the message SpikySamdpiper3 gets.

    How do I enable my cloud storage? If it is not available in the UK how do I cancel my Live Gold Subscription and get my money back, as I was lied to about being able to use cloud storage?

    How would I even check my cloud storage? From what I can see there's no way to look at it. I'm on PC and do not have access to an Xbox console if that is required.
